We are not humans beings going through a temporary spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings going through a temporary human experience.

THE BUZZARD:

If you put a buzzard in a pen that is 6 feet by 8 feet and is entirely open at the top, the bird, in spite of its ability to fly, will be an absolute prisoner. The reason is that a buzzard always begins a flight from the ground with a run of 10 to 12 feet. Without space to run, as is its habit, it will not even attempt to fly, but will remain a prisoner for life in a small jail with no top.  

THE BAT: 

The ordinary bat that flies around at night, a remarkable nimble creature in the air, cannot take off from a level  place.  If it is placed on the floor or flat ground, all it can do is shuffle about helplessly and, no doubt, painfully, until it reaches some slight elevation from which it can throw itself into the air. Then, at once, it takes off like a flash.

THE BUMBLEBEE:

A bumblebee, if dropped into an open tumbler, will be there until it dies, unless it is taken out.  It never sees the means of escape at the top, but persists in trying to find some way out through the sides near the bottom..  It will seek a way where none exists, until it completely destroys itself.

PEOPLE: 

In many ways, we are like the buzzard, the bat, and the bumblebee. We struggle about with all our problems and frustrations, never realizing that all we have to do is look up!  That's the answer, the escape route and the solution to any problem!  Just look up.
 

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, but faith looks up!

Live simply, love generously , care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.

This is written for all people that you might understand and follow the steps to creating your life exactly how you desire it.  This is written for the believing Christian; especially those who are confused with the teachings of The Secret and the Law of Attraction. 

Many Christians have much to say against The Secret; most have never watched it.  They follow what a Pastor or someone else has said without ever studying the Word of God to see what it says.  Ignorance is the primary cause of poverty.  Understand that I do not agree with some of the beliefs of other Secret Teachers - they are non-scriptual and are spiritually, mentally and physically dangerous to entertain. 

Often people quote verses from the bible that lead you to believe that they either have an understanding of the truth or believe the bible.  Yet when questioned these same people are anti-Christ.  You either believe that the bible is true or it's not, God's word is truth or it's a lie.  I believe every word in the bible is true.

I trust these insights will help you gain greater revelation that all people can have abundance and prosperity in the fullest measure.  It is only a choice ... your choice!!

I will probably tell you a lot you already know – A great wise man once said "Be doers of the word, not hearers only, otherwise you deceive yourself." – James 1:22 ... even I don't do what I know at times!

Your mind and body is ALWAYS a reflection of your spirit realm or thought realm. "For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he." – Proverbs 23:7

Ignorance (a lack of knowledge or understanding) leads to worry and doubt, which leads to fear, which leads to depression, lack, poverty in every area of ones life, sickness, even death.

All depression and hopelessness come from the mind being in chaos or lack of order. For example, chaos in our financial thoughts leads to financial lack; chaos in our in our health thoughts lead to disease and sickness; chaos in our vision leads to depression. This may seem logical and simple, but if only the world would grasp it with understanding!

To change our results from lack to abundance, we must first create order in our mind. This was God’s first act of creation: To create order on this formless void planet. (Genesis 1:2)

The Apostle Paul said in Romans that you have to renew you mind - Romans 12:2 "Do not be conformed to this world, fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs, but be transformed (changed) by the entire renewal of your mind, by its new ideas and its new attitude, so that you may prove for yourself what is the perfect, acceptable and good will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in His sight for you."

What Paul was saying is don’t be like the world around you, your present circumstances and environment; but rather change what you think about and focus on, create your perfect life with your God given gift of imagination and hold that image with your will until your mind is renewed, just like God did when He created this world.

Youth Destiny Camp 2010 in just around the corner!

Each year my wife organises and runs YDC ... Youth Destiny Camp ... I help out and we change the destiny of about 50+  teenagers!!

Before I briefly share about YDC let me define the word 'retire'.  I put a post on FaceBook yesterday and instead of reading it for what it is commonly meant, they turned 'retire' into a negative ... They wrote, "Useless if your retire at 30, you'll have alzheisimers or worse by the time your 45. What do you mean by retire?"  They should have attended YDC!   By retiring before the age of 30 I mean to "Living without having to work." Work becomes a choice not a necessity.

YDC came out of a discussion around our kitchen table with our 6 boys a few years ago as our eldest son Matthew shared his concerns about his friends.  He found that he couldn't find teenagers who understood anything about mindset, wealth creation or creating you own life how you want it to be.  From the time we learnt that most people think and create lack, poverty and sickness in their own lives we have taken our sons along to events such as Tony Robbins' UPW in preference to them attending school for a few days.  (Matthew often challenged his school teachers on how they taught and what they taught!!)

Living in disease, sickness, lack, poverty, unhappiness is neither a natural or normal state of being.  We were not created to live like that and it is certainly not biblical or spiritual.  Living is the state of dis-ease or poverty is living in ignorance or darkness, not in knowledge or light.  Yet most of us are brought up believing the disease and lack go hand-in-hand with life.  IT DOESN'T!!!  Disease and lack go hand-in-hand with death - someone quoted a heap of mis-interpretted scripture to me recently to try and prove we should live in sickness and lack, denying our God given desire to be and have more ...

God can't give what He hasn't got!  He is not sick or broke ... so why do many people think its ok, even righteous to be so?

ALL of God's amazing creation shows us that we are either growing and moving into more light and fulfilment or we are decaying and moving toward darkness, emptiness and death.  Everything God created is doing one or the other - even the heavens and stars.

So how come it takes some of us 30, 40, 50 or even 60 years to figure this out ... Sadly, many people die without understanding what the bible says that "Heaven is within you."

I have been teaching people about creating wealth for at least 18 years ... and the one most common comments adults make when I show them how to create wealth is "Why isn't this information taught in schools?"  Great question!  It realised after being asked this question over a period of years that it was my job to help do it.  To teach children about money, life skills, business, mindset, self-image and success.

That's what we do at out 5-day Youth Destiny Camp ... we take the kids out of their normal environment, treat them like successful young adults and teach them stuff that most parents and adults don't know!  The change in these children over 5 days is staggering.

We often have parent call us up afterward and say "What did you do?  My child now loves school, saves their pocket money and has started their own business!"  We just laugh!  One of our YDC teens had created a share portfolio of over $38,000 by the time she was 18 ... all from savings from working part time at McDonald's.

If you have children, grandchildren, nephews or nieces who are 12-19, encourage them to come to the next YDC in January 2010.  If you don't have teens but would would like to sponsor a teenager and help change their world please contact us and we will let you know how you can help.  Every year we sponsor Youth who's parents simply can't afford their child to come to YDC but have a burning passion to change their circumstances.

Often we get asked if YDC is a Christian camp ... it's not.  We do give thanks before each meal and share some insights on the thought or spirit realm however it is a non-demonational camp to help teens from all belief backgrounds.
